Pop Warner was founded in 1929 and is the nation's largest youth football and cheer organization with over 425,000 participants across 42 states.  Pop Warner is the only national youth sports organization that requires scholastic aptitude to participate and is committed to developing our youth on and off the field.  Competition takes place at the local, regional and national levels.  Between 60-70% of all current NFL players got their start playing Pop Warner football.

2009 Argonauts Football Camp Session #3 -  July 10th, 5:00-8:00PM (Updated 06/30/2009)

We will be hosting 4 free football camps for all players in the months of June and July.  The third camp session will be held on FRIDAY, July 10th.  All camps will be held on Friday evenings from 5:00-8:00PM at Westfield Community School (north side).  Mark your calendars and save the dates:   June 12th, June 26th, July 10th & July 24th .  Registration for the camps may be completed by filling out the Online Football Camp Registration Form.  Please remember to bring a non-perishable item(s) for the food drive (see below for details).  Jamba Juice will also be at all football camps selling $4 smoothies to help benefit the Argonauts.

 

Participant Certification Documents Due - July 1, 2009 (Updated 06/30/2009)
All Pop Warner participants must be certified in order to participate in any football or cheer programs.  Completed certification documents must be received by no later than July 1, 2009.  Documents should be mailed in the envelope provided at registration to:  AYA, Inc. c/o Lisa Albanese, 3690 Bunker Hill Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102.  The following certification documents are required:

Argos "Raise the Goal Posts" (Updated 06/09/2009)

The Argos Scoreboard and Goal Posts have been installed at Westfield.  The field is looking great and we are excited to be hosting the 2009 season at our new home field.  We would like to thank all of our dedicated volunteers and sponsors for helping to make this happen.  GO ARGOS!
